missingWrote a review on Dec 27convenient locationpleasant decorobstructed viewnon-working locklimited light
Convenient location with ample parking and friendly housekeeping staff made for a pleasant experience. However, the ‘pool view’ from room 249 turned out to be obstructed by trees, and the deadbolt was non-functional. Limited light in the bathroom mirrors complicates grooming. Dining options included a well-prepared smoked salmon, but the lack of hard liquor was disappointing.

perfect spot near parks and local restaurants for weekend strolls
I found the hotel's location ideal for quick city strolls, being just a short walk from the Napa Valley Balloons and only a few minutes drive to downtown Napa, which has a lot of great dining options. the bed was so comfortable, making the end of my days of exploration restful and cozy.

Comfortable stay with a welcoming atmosphere
I had a fantastic stay in a King Suite, where the spacious layout and super comfy bed made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, featuring freshly made omelets and delicious mimosas. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt welcomed throughout my stay. However, I did find that the location, while convenient, was right next to a busy highway, which could be noisy at times.

I loved the spaciousness of the Leisure King Room. The bed felt cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The gym had good equipment, which was a nice bonus. However, the check-in process wasn't smooth. The front desk staff seemed inattentive. I waited a while before someone helped me. There were issues with the toilet too. it kept running, which was frustrating. I expected more for the price I paid. The restaurant had limited options, and the breakfast was just okay. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement, especially with staff training and room maintenance.

would definitely come back
Had a nice stay in a King Suite. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The pool area was a great spot to relax, complete with sun loungers and a hot tub. There was also a good fitness center to work out while enjoying the Napa vibe.

Great location near wineries and attractions.
Our experience was absolutely horrifying. The room was unclean and had an unbearable odor when we arrived, and despite reporting it to the front desk, no action was taken. We even found our bed had not been changed properly, leaving us to deal with an unsanitary situation throughout our stay.

Renovated rooms offer modern decor and comfort. Lack of attention to room cleanliness impacted our experience. Convenient access to local wineries and a nearby golf course added to the appeal.

A Memorable Napa Valley Experience
We spent two nights in a lovely Standard King Room. Enjoyed the convenience of the on-site bar for late-night snacks and a delightful breakfast. Unwinding in our cozy room was a highlight, while exploring the local area made our visit even better. Remember to check out the local vineyards nearby!

missingWrote a review on Jul 25comfortable bedslocal wineriesthin walls
Fantastic beds deliver a solid night's sleep, perfect for a long day of tasting. Easy access to local wineries adds a nice touch to your stay, making it ideal for wine lovers.
Running into issues with tech like a non-functional TV and Wi-Fi definitely dampens the stay. No wine glasses or openers in a wine-focused location is perplexing. The bathroom looked shabby with peeling wallpaper that could use some TLC. Plus, charging for parking feels off when your rates already start above $300. If you're on the second floor, listen up—thin walls mean you'll hear your neighbors stomping around at all hours. A window that only opens two inches hardly qualifies as fresh air in Napa's climate.
