I found the hotel's location ideal for quick city strolls, being just a short walk from the Napa Valley Balloons and only a few minutes drive to downtown Napa, which has a lot of great dining options. the bed was so comfortable, making the end of my days of exploration restful and cozy.

I had a fantastic stay in a King Suite, where the spacious layout and super comfy bed made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, featuring freshly made omelets and delicious mimosas. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt welcomed throughout my stay. However, I did find that the location, while convenient, was right next to a busy highway, which could be noisy at times.

Overall, I think there’s room for improvement, especially with staff training and room maintenance.

Had a nice stay in a King Suite. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Our experience was absolutely horrifying. The room was unclean and had an unbearable odor when we arrived, and despite reporting it to the front desk, no action was taken. We even found our bed had not been changed properly, leaving us to deal with an unsanitary situation throughout our stay.

The bathroom looked shabby with peeling wallpaper that could use some TLC. Plus, charging for parking feels off when your rates already start above $300. If you're on the second floor, listen up—thin walls mean you'll hear your neighbors stomping around at all hours. A window that only opens two inches hardly qualifies as fresh air in Napa's climate.
